At ReformerSupply, we pride ourselves on having one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order any time before it ships—completely free of charge (exceptions apply for custom or made-to-order items; see below).

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We begin processing all orders as soon as they are placed, which means we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes once an order has been submitted.


My Item Arrived Damaged or Incorrect — What Should I Do?

Please contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A brief explanation of the issue

A photo of the item you received

Your name and order number

We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization. Returns sent to the return label address without approval cannot be processed.


Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange a product, you may do so if it has not been used or opened. The customer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.

Transaction fees will also be deducted from your refund. These vary by payment method:

  • Standard credit/debit cards:  2.9% + $0.30

  • Financing/payment plan services:  5.99% + $0.30

Can I Return My Purchase?

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following return guidelines:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund, as they cannot be restocked.

Handcrafted wooden flags are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping (see details below).

Please allow 5–7 business days from the date your return is received for processing.

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Be sure to ship with a tracking number and keep your proof of postage.

Gift returns cannot be refunded.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@honeybloomfamilygifts.com or call us at +1 786-584-0664 with the following information:

For Returns:

Your name and order number

The reason for the return

For Exchanges:

Your name and order number

The item(s) you want to exchange and the product(s) you'd like to receive instead (including color or variation, if applicable)

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.


My Item Looks Different from the Online Listing

We strive to represent all products accurately. Some product images use realistic renderings to display design details. If your item appears different or defective, please send photos and your order number to our support team. We’ll review and assist right away.


Returned-to-Sender or Refused Packages

A package may be returned to us if:

The shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect

The carrier was unable to deliver the package

The package was refused at delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order, including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
Honey Bloom Family Gifts is not responsible for orders lost, returned, or delayed due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.
